It Really Is Curious: 555 California is inspired by seeing THIS INSTAGRAM REEL by boogiewomanrae. I saw the video, created a written response, and reposted it with said response on Instagram on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

What's curious is that Qatar has an investment office on land owned by Trump (555 California) in San Francisco that opened in 2018 during the first Trump Administration.
And what's even more curious is that same land, still owned by Trump (315 Montgomery, SF), also houses SFPD's Real Time Surveillance Center which was gifted to SFPD in December 2025 by tech billionaire Chris Larsen who so happens to have investments in Flock Cameras.
And what's even more curious is the Flock has TWO REPRESENTATIVES on the Democratic Party Central Committee, which is the official arm of the SF DNC, and they just voted against a Billionaire Tax and for sexual assault and opposed legislation regulating Flock.
And even more curious still is how @danielluriesf took a call with Trump last October (2025) and he has yet to comply with the law and release the contents of that call to the public.
And even more curious than that is how @danielluriesf has been caught destroying or deleting his own records so things cannot be tracked, which is
against the law.
And if that's curious then it's certainly curious how @danielluriesf awarded a no-bid contract to run SF City Contracting to an untested technology company run by one of his Billionaire Bros that has yet to meet it's deadlines and is now demanding even MORE MONEY & A LONGER CONTRACT to roll out technology that according to City staff is flawed and broken already.
And I gotta say then it most definitely curious how @danielluriesf is then so up in arms about how San Francisco non-profits provide their services and what metrics they track (which are set already by the City) and how open to the public they are about their progress (which is also already set by the City) and how he wants to hold them accountable (which they already are being held to a higher degree of account than SF City Departments) and how he doesn't seem to hold himself or his administration to the same standards as those he is imposing on organizations already stretched beyond capacity and on those who already jump through so many hoops just to get services San Francisco should be providing to aid in relief and affordability.
Which then makes it extra curious that @danielluriesf has propositions FADE on the November 2026 ballot that consolidate power into his administration's hands while his administration gives away millions of dollars to private for profit companies that are all part of a networked web of the Billionaire Epstein Class that all have some relational ties to land owned by Trump in San Francisco on which sits private surveillance, police, high end real estate firms, big banks, the Qatar Investment Group, the Wharton School of Business (Trump's alma mater), and McKinsey Consulting Group (which curiously is the previous employer of some of @danielluroesf's top staff.)
It really is curious.
