“The Kingdom of God Is Hell on Earth” is a statement of fact. Anyone who has been the target of Christianity and Catholicism knows how our religious leaders create and then demonize the “other.” Right now, Christians are leading the cause to ban trans healthcare all across the United States, and Christian Governors and members of Congress are ginning up fears about the dangers of queers, drag queens, and trans folx even coming into contact with children. This toxic, state-sponsored, Christian-fueled hate is making living on this earth fucking hell for Queerdos here in the USA and, as a result, all across the globe.

Now, you can boldly, fashionably, and comfortably declare that you too believe “The Kingdom of God Is Hell on Earth” in this incredibly soft, brushed fleece hoodie. This hoodie is perfect for the comrade who might need to be a tad more discreet about their radical beliefs, and still wants to strike up a conversation. When you put this on and walk out your front door, cars will pull over to compliment you on how good you look. You can gauge how much (or how little) you want to reveal, keeping you in control of the conversation. All while knowing they are complimenting you on your beliefs.

    What is Queer Comfortwear

Queer Comfortwear is our armor as we go out into a world hostile towards Queerdos. It’s soft to the touch, bold on the eye, and hangs just a wee bit loose, which means it fits perfectly. When you put it on, you feel more at ease with who you are and able to say what you want, need, or desire to say. Queerly Complex Queer Comfortwear will become your absolute favorite apparel any time you just want to be you.

For John, Queer Comfortwear started as a black t-shirt, the one piece of apparel he’s worn every day for over three decades. It started with band tees, like Coil, Soft Cell, and Siouxsie and the Banshees. Wearing them helped him find his people in 80s and 90s LA, people he’s still dear friends with today. John learned the simple black t-shirt is more than just a tee. It’s a canvas upon which you can broadcast a message that helps you find fellow Queerdos and our comrades.

Queer Comfortwear for Jason could be a dress, a hoodie, a pair of sweats or leggings, a cap, a blouse. It is any piece of apparel that can go from cooking in the kitchen to lounging in the park to dancing on the dancefloor and still feels like it belongs. Jason’s played with gender their whole adult life, so Queer Comfortwear is any item you adore because it adorns you in a way that helps you be who you want, need, and desire to be.

    Why Made on Demand
After looking into numerous production processes, Queerly Complex chose Print-on-Demand because it allows us to not be wasteful and still provide a range of products. We tried out a variety of options, and settled on Printful as the source of our Print-on-Demand merch because as a company they are the most reliable with the highest quality printing. That’s why Queerly Complex merch costs just a bit more and may take a bit longer to get to you. Each and every item is printed just for you.

    More About Political Clowns

Jason wearing "The Kingdom" hoodie and jogger sitting on their couch with "The Kingdom" backpack next to them. Text reads, The Kingdom is here.

    The Kingdom Is Here

Being raised queer and Catholic I knew "The Kingdom of God"was never for me, and I can see all the ways Christians are making it hell on earth for my trans, queer, and poor kin and neighbors. I made this Political Clown because I want others to know exactly where I stand.
Text reads, WTF is political clowns. political clowns is set agains white, pink, yellow, and black striped bigtop.

    WTF Is Political Clowns

Political Clowns started in 2016 as a way for me to get better at drawing and make-meaning of the political landscape. 2022 is a year where it’s become even more apparent that this isn’t just theater, it’s a fucking clown show. So let's stand up and out and declare our beliefs.

The world is a much better place when we are free to be our full, gloriously, queer selves.
