Queerly Complex understands that life happens, things come up, and there can be unexpected emergencies. We also know that people change their mind on what kinds of support they need, want, and desire. We seek to be flexible and understanding while also firm in our value.

To that end, here is our cancellation policy when you book Monthly Sessions

You can cancel the entire package up TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION.

Once the Monthly Sessions have started, there is NO REFUND.

If you cannot make a Session, you must notify Jason Wyman as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the Session, the Session cannot be rescheduled. 

One Missed Session (and only one) can be rescheduled. One attempt will be made to reschedule. If a date cannot be found that is amenable to both parties, the Session will not be rescheduled.
